Allow both customizable contracts and invoices for group reservations

Currently we can only add a customized contract to a group reservation. While that is helpful, I also want to be able to send a customized invoice. I have been sending a combined contract/invoice, but I would rather be able to create and send them separately so I can track them separately as well.
