The feature to be able to apply tickets to a membership is great, but it unfortunately looks like we're unable to apply discounted tickets to a memberships as we ran into the error below:
Error: There are no available tickets to apply from this order. Tickets that are discounted, refunded, or already applied to a membership are not available.
I found a decent workaround on the
Knowledgebase, but it would be wonderful if this were implemented. We want to give our customers credit for tickets they've paid for, even if they were discounted. Please look at implementing this!
We sell a couple of combination tickets and allow our visitors to apply them to memberships and it would be much easier for our ticketing staff if we had the option to apply them to the memberships like we do other tickets.
