Need more fields/features for scheduled programs. Merged

Related to your request for specific fields and features needed for scheduled programs, we're running into some shortcomings of the current features for scheduled programs, as compared to the features available for events. The bottom line is - unless I'm missing something, is that they have to register online and they have to pay with a credit card, which is limiting for us in membership and customer service who don't open & close drawers. New features that would help include:

- There should be an "add" registrant feature, like there is under events. We do a daily canoe trip, which has limited capacity and is weather dependent, so a number of people call in to check on availability and then want to do their registration conveniently when they are on the phone, so we could really use an "add" button that allows us to add registrants on the fly - for free events that would be it, for paid events there would be an amount due.

- There should also be the ability to remove registrants - or at least check them as not attending - so that we have a number the reflects the actual # of people who plan to attend. I know there is the refund issue, but if there was an additional column to check-off who is actually coming and who isn't (and then a total for that column somewhere on the page) - that would help the program managers identify when there is an open spot for someone on the waiting list.

- There should be a waive registration fee on programs, like there is for events, and a "will pay at the door" option. Not everyone uses credit cards or wants to enter their credit card online - so some additional flexibility with payment methods is sorely needed.

Thanks very much and keep up the great work, Tim
