Give us the power to choose which Interaction fields are optional or mandatory
It would be great if users could decide which Interaction fields are optional and which are mandatory. For example, most of my interactions are creating records of things that have already happened, rather than predictive, so I hardly ever need to use the 'Expected Date' option.
