Globally delete attributes or notes that are no longer needed

We have many notes and attributes that converted that were only applicable to our old system. It would be very nice to delete them off of everyone's account at once instead of one at a time. This would also come in handy if you had an attribute that was no longer needed (like interested in kid's classes, where you could delete everyone at once that's children are grown.)
