Please let us update ALL constituent fields in the "Constituent Update Batch"

If I want to update a constituent record in batch the "Constituent Update Batch" only allows me to update a VERY limited amount of fields and doesn't include demographic data such as ethnicity. Please make it so we can update all of the constituent fields in batch.  This will save a lot of time and reduce double work.
