I would like to be able to do a batch update where I specify a selection to pull in the records to be edited. Right now, the only option is to export the data, import, and then commit the batch. (I usually just edit in Excel and do a minimal amount in the batch itself.)
It would be a lot easier for, say address updates, to just do everything in Altru.
An example of this would be reviewing all the new constituents who came in through online sales and editing their names, addresses, etc. for those people who type in ALL UPPER CASE or all lower case or misspell raod in their rush or use non-standard abbreviations or...
There are a lot of ways this would be useful for data clean-up.
