Generalize batch/import function to add flexibility for updates and data/cleanup

Cleaning up erroneous data and updating existing information is significantly hampered by the limited batch/import options. Please generalize the batch/import functionality to allow updating a wider array of fields such as constituent name formats and event registrant attended status.

    The limitation to only add new registrants through batch and have to update event registrants manually is not sustainable for our team and I imagine many others. We were looking forward to using registrant attributes for prospect research, marketing, ROI and financial purposes, but to manually add hundreds to thousands of attributes at a time to be successful with our reporting and research is not practical.
