We allow visitors to apply their admission toward the price of membership. It's a great incentive to convert a new visitor and about 25% of all our membership transactions apply admission. As it is now, however, tickets can only be applied via Daily Sales. I'd love to see Altru provide a way for our visitors to go home and purchase their membership online and still apply that admission by inputting the sales order #. Why this would be helpful:
1. Staff time on the phone/in-person doing "apply tix" transactions is less
2. It would further increases the customer incentive to convert to membership
3. It would provide a more flexible opportunity for membership sale - our visitor center closes at 5pm but our grounds close later (9pm in summer). Sometimes the customer isn't convinced to buy a membership until after 5pm and staff isn't here to provide the transaction. The customer gets frustrated, goes home, and forgets to get the membership or gives up altogether.
Please consider this implementation to your membership web pages!
