The vast majority of our event attendees purchase their tickets online but we have no control of the look of the eticket or the information included. We should have the option, as we do with printed tickets, to customize the fields as well as the appearance of the e-ticket. It would also be amazing to be able to include attachments like an event map when the etickets go out.

I sold eticket space to sponsors on paciolan e tickets--- this is a missed revenue opportunity
YES! This would be super helpful.
Yes! Need to be able to put different information for an online membership purchase than for an online one-day ticket purchase or a class registration ticket.
Yes, online capabilities and customization are key in a world that is increasingly moving toward online/mobile activities, events, etc - not just during this pandemic, but certainly feeling how crucial it is right now.
YES, now that we are doing online timed-tickets, we need to be able to see what discount the user may have selected on the ticket so we can ask for proper validation when they arrive. They should at the least show the same detail as a receipt.
It will be good to have the template of the Etickets more customization and being able not just to enter plain text but adding data from the transaction fields such as Discount used or/and membership ....
This seems BASIC and is possible in every other ticketing platform I have worked with. This needs to happen asap
I think it will be useful to have more custom Etickets options, such as allowing to add basic info about the event sold such as START time and END time.
I would also like to see the ability to set eTickets or just an email receipt as the default delivery method for specific programs rather than universally for all programs.
This is essential if we want to improve the visitor and patron experience. We receive feedback and comments about these eTickets frequently and it's time to fix this. Hard to believe these tickets do not have the patron name and show a price other than what they paid. Blackbaud needs to move forward with all ticketing and communications.
Agreed! And not just the tickets themselves, but the email that delivers them.
Agreed! We have a single price type for most events and then our members have to sign in to get their discount. However, the ticket prints with the full price on it and BB has told me this can't be changed! We frequently get questions and complaints from people who think they paid the full price because of what is printed on the ticket.
YES! As a Marketing person, it's important that the Zoo can provide a polished brand through the entire guest experience. For some, the first impression they receive of our attraction is the ticket they purchase online in advance of their visit. When that ticket is just an off-brand, not customizable ticket that doesn't look anything like the rest of the Zoo's materials, it creates an unprofessional first impression in the guests' minds. This is even more important for tickets that are purchased with the intent of being given as a gift. We really need to be able to put our best foot forward in this initial interaction with guests.
This is definitely something we need! We spend a lot of time customizing our daily/advance sales tickets, but it's pointless when most people purchase online. We'd love to have more control over the look and info contained in tickets from online sales.
NEEDED BADLY!!! Standard eTickets are BAD and do not represent the brand that we've work so hard to build.
