This would allow us to color reservations to different locations within the facility, or different types of programs. Right now our reservations for our school groups visiting the zoo are the same as the reservations for the groups using our Adventure Park. They are staffed by different managers and when they look at the calendar to get an idea of how busy the week will be, it is hard to differentiate what group is where. I have attached an image of our problem. Programs are green, reservations are yellow but some are at the zoo, some at the adventure park and some off-site.
