If I have a two day class that I'd like to sell as a package (because then it correctly books the space for the full amount of time), I can set the package to be the only available version to sell online and not the two sub events- perfect. But I cannot have only the package show up in advanced sales - I must have the first day of the event marked as available for online sales too or the entire event package does not show up (even if it is marked for both advanced sales and online sales).
While the new possibility of creating multi-day packages of events is theoretically useful, it is extremely confusing for our front desk to have two options to choose from on the day a packaged event begins. You can also determine custom sales methods for all proceeding days of a packaged event, so for example with the two day class seen here from June 22-23, I can make the 2nd day not show up anywhere, but the first day shows up no matter what. We are currently dealing with this by adding a DO NOT USE note to the title, because that title does not show up online sales, but I have nevertheless had multiple registrations made only under the first day even though it is a multi-day class.
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to customize advanced sales separately for ALL sub events in a multi-day package.
