How about adding some basic email reporting functionality like the ability to see open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates, number of gifts, gift amount, etc... After you schedule an email for a launch in the future there is no way to tell if it actually sent, and there is no way to see the results. When I click on an email that I sent, I should be able to see in one place how many people the email was delivered to, how many bounced, how many people gave a gift to a page associated with the email, how many people clicked a link etc...
This is like, the bare minimum basic functionality that a CRM system should include.
