Have consituent tab change if there is actually information in it.

Would be very nice if tabs with information in them could be highlighted or otherwise marked. If we want to delete an account, we have to look at each individual tab. Or if we want to know what information we have on a constituent, we also have to look at each one. This would save a lot of time
