It would be great to be able to get into the back end of someone's online information/web registration details and make changes if needed (for example, delete a web ID, change the username/email, etc.) The specific scenario we came across was a parent and member who, in signing her sons up for a preregistered program, mistakenly created a login using her son's information but her own email. Thus, the login was never linked to her as a member (instead it linked to her son as a new constituent), and now she can't create a login for herself because her email is already tied to her son's login. She would need to provide a different email for herself, which I doubt she has or would want to do.



It would be better if we could get into the back end to make these changes for people; otherwise we have no good alternatives to offer. Does anyone else have this issue, or other examples of things they'd like to be able to edit in someone's online info?
