Blackbaud for Outlook to Include Altru

Make it possible to sync email communications and calendar between Altru and Outlook. This will increase efficiency for internal and external communications--including accountability--so email communications are tracked to specific constituents. This would be like Cirrus and Cirrus Insights for Salesforce. This will improve constituent cultivation and interaction, especially working them through the pipeline.

Syncing events between calendars would help with updating departments (program staff, facilities staff, administrative and executive staff, and of course marketing and communications) across the organization.


Without this kind of feature, I am considering switching my organization to Salesforce as our CRM.

      Please Blackbaud this is very necessary. Your other products have had this for 10 plus years! Altru needs this too! Please prioritize this!
