We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

Ability to schedule Altru Updates

Server updates are currently done in waves within a three week window. Orgs do not receive any notification when exactly the update will happen, nor an update after it happens.


Current process allows for a very negative end-user experience if new bugs are introduced with an update, or functionality changes impacting third party vendors, like Sky API developers.


Organizations should be able to schedule major updates to smaller windows, allowing us to:

a) Not have a system update just before large member events

b) coordinate with 3rd party vendors (Sky API developers, etc.) to ensure functionality isn't impacted by an Altru update.
