We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
There is no notification system for when a specific client site will be, or has been, updated to the latest version of Altru.
Currently, sites are given a broad 3 week window of when it might happen, and then no notification after the update completes. Admins only know an update happened if they notice their version number changed.
Please create an automated system emailing site Admins of when:
a) An update is scheduled to take place
b) An update has successfully taken place
