Electronic invoices and payments

We need to be able to send electronic invoices for group sales, batch, and back office sales. The patron should also be able to make a payment online through a secure Altru produced link. As taking a CC payment over a VOIP phone is not PCI compliant.

      This is beyond necessary - for security compliance - we must be able to send private, secured payment links to groups trying to pay.
