Opt-out of Blackbaud A/B testing in Online Forms

Per the Online Giving PUB on 5.7.25, there is not a way for organizations to opt-out of A/B testing being done by Blackbaud on the organization's behalf. We should be asked to opt-in to A/B testing, but at the very least, opt-out MUST be an option.
