Group Sales - Online Payment Link - Put notes in Documentation

Currently, whenever a payment link is sent, an audit log is appended to "Important notes".

This is hardly intuitive, and severely limits the usefulness of the "important notes field" in several ways - especially given the character limit is quickly reached.

Instead, each sent link should generate a SALES document or note under documentation with the following information already included in the append:

  • Date Sent

  • Receipient

  • Amount

  • Payment Type (Deposit, Payment)

  • Guest
