Our preschool runs a morning class and an afternoon class five days/week.
Ideally, we would like to set up an event for each day and package them as T-Th, M-W-F, and Five-days.
But if Tuesday is in a T-Th package, it can't also be in a Five-days package, so we currently have set up six events each month:
Tuesday & Thursday A.M.
Tuesday & Thursday Full-day
Monday Wednesday Friday A.M.
Monday Wednesday Friday Full-day
Five days A.M.
Five days Full-day.
The rosters have to be combined manually.
We also have some parents who want to pay for the whole year in advance, and a package is a great way to give them a one-click option. And it was great. For one parent. But now those events cannot be used in any other package. So everyone else has to click on each event separately.
