As an admin, it would be helpful if I could switch my view to that of another user account. Since different roles and combinations of roles see different things, I'd like to be able to easily switch to a different account (and back to my own) to help troubleshoot user problems or change some of their customizations for them. Right now, I have to either know the users' password or have that user login for me. Since I'm not always in the same physical location (we have some off-site offices), the latter isn't always possible. And the former is just a Bad Idea.
