It would be ideal to have the ability to customize what results/columns display in the Patron Search results. For instance, in Daily Sales, it would be helpful for our Front Office to see the following, in preference order: Lookup ID, Name, Primary email address, Membership, Expiration Date, and Address.
For non-member visitors, we have an initiative to ask for email address from visiting patrons. At this time it is difficult for the Front Office agent to verify "who" they are assisting because they can't search by email address in the quick search nor can they verify the Patron's email from the search results display.
Currently, they are forced to create a new record each time. Which creates a duplicate in Altru. This it not sustainable when there are lines. Additionally, for those visitors who's email address we have already captured from a previous visit or interaction we are unable to match them at time of visit.
