Sell merchandise items with different tax rates (food vs clothing)

We're in Oklahoma with some of the most unique sales tax laws around. We had to set-up our membership program as tax inclusive as there was no way to charge tax. We have to fix the problem in accounting to remit tax to the state. Bit of a bummer, but I hear this is a very unique situation.

When it comes to merchandise it looks like it will only charge all tax rates listed on the items or no tax for the entire merchandise program.

We occasionally have to charge a second sales tax only on certain items. Any possibility we can configure each item for tax or taxes or no-tax? Thanks.
