Indicate when meetings/events have been canceled on the event attendance report.

We use Events to schedule meetings (committee, board, outside vendor, etc.) - I wish there were a way to indicate so it would appear on the Event Attendance report if a meeting was cancelled.

I don't want to delete the event since I think it's good to show that something was scheduled, but I don't want to count them in my attendance tally.
