We have some groups and individuals that we no longer want to do business with after a couple of situations with some birthday parties and field trips, and it would be helpful to have a pop-up in group sales to remind us if they try to book again in the future.
We utilize Advance Sales for a majority of the time, we use daily sales only for people who just show up and then our staff is not adding the constituent. We utilize notifications to let staff know if they are someone important or someone that should not have access. This is a matter of site security, please make it available through Advance Sales and Group Sales.
Most of our daily live transactions go through Advance sales, not daily sales, and that's where we need to see the notifications. We have been entering notifications to help the visitor services staff select the right constituent when, for example, a father and son have the same name. We thought this would be a great help... until we found that the notifications only come up in daily sales.
