I would like to export the Events or Org calendar to a PDF, not just to sync with outlook. May staff members need to use the calendar but don't necessarily have outlook (security and facilities managers, for example).

I need to export the organizational calendar to an excel file in order to send to those in the organization not in Altru. Police Dept., Hort Staff etc. I don't seem to be able to find a query that will report on everything as a whole either. Very disappointing.
It would also be cool to be able to sync to other calendars (e.g. google) and/or to be able to select which programs you want to export (e.g. the education director wants to export events in the school visit program to her calendar, and the events planner wants school visits and public programming, and NO ONE wants the daily tours).
Please devlope the ability to share a calendar link to Outlook so updates in Altru will sync to outlook.
Currently, just exporting does not automatically update.
