Prompt or alert for ticket sales user to close drawer daily

Also would be nice to set up a reminder that goes out appropriate staff to Close Their Drawer - daily.

    I'd like to set a pop-up reminder at a certain time each day, usually 5 minutes before someone's shift ends.
