This would be a wonderful addition. We raise our prices on weekends during our peak season and we do hourly tickets. So this would be great to be able to check my pricing that I haven't missed anything before it is set for sale anywhere. Manually updating pricing is slow and tedious and occasionally one or two time blocks get missed.
Ditto to all the others! Sometimes a low vote # should not hinder the need for the change.
I am using a query as a way to double-check program event entries before approving them for on-line sales. Right now I cannot see if the price for the program event is accurate if it differs than the price set by the program. This addition to queries would be very helpful!
ditto what Alison Long says below. There are lots of odd things that you aren't able to query on, which is quite frustrating.
This field is critical for marketing events and creating our upcoming programs brochure! This data, as well as URL and web descriptions (event & program level) are key fields that should be available in query.
Would like to see both event custom price and event custom description accessible through query!!

I was also surprised to learn that this isn't an available field in the program query. We really need to be able to query this information -- please consider adding this functionality!
