Set defaults at the program level (rather than specific events) for price type order on web forms and for guest details (optional or not).

Price types sometimes appear in strange order on web forms--not based on price or alphabetized.  You can reorder the price types for web forms, but only for each program event.  It would be nice if you could make a default for the price type order at the program level.  Likewise, now you have to go in and uncheck "guest details optional" for each event.  Please make it possible for us to set a default at the program level for these tedious, time-consuming tasks.

    Can an editor/administrator please merge this with ALTRU-I-2103 : Allow editing options on "Parent" Event Registration Forms - so we can combine the vote count and get this implemented! I cannot waste hours of my life editing each 30-minute instance of our admissions events for online clarity!

    Yes! This would be super super helpful. I can't believe that we don't have more requests for this.
