Provide ability to change default language options on webforms

A few of the out-of-the-box message for webforms are a bit unhelpful. I would like to be able to change those default messages -- or at least have the option of changing them for everything.

For example, in the validation language for Event Registrations, a person trying to register a second time for an event is given the default message:
We cannot process your registration. For information, please contact us by phone or email.
I can change that for the particular event to something like this:
•ÈÀThis person is already registered for the event; please specify a different attendee. If you need assistance, contact us at 401 454 6500.
But then I have to remember to change it for every single event we have in the future. I'd much rather change the default for ALL events in one fell swoop.

There are several other places I'd like to do this, as well. Let me know if you'd like a list.

I'd like to echo Randall's thoughts above. This is highly inflexible, creates unnecessary work for my users and is decidedly behind the curve from a system design perspective.

Severely disappointed that Altru has decided to mark this as "not planned." There are so many other more robust ticketing solutions out there that DO give administrators this type of ability... to change default language and messages in addition to changing them for specific events. One of the reasons this may be my organization's last year with Altru.
