For our general admissions check-in survey, constituents are asked their zip code and what prompted their visit. Oftentimes if the person gives a postal code the front desk is asked to either "Decline to Respond" or give a dummy zip code so they can respond to the second part of the survey. Adding the option for a postal code will capture a more accurate view of our visitor demographics.
