The ZIP/postal code survey is a default marketing survey in Altru that can be activated to have the patron enter in their postal code after a transaction if there is no constituent profile attached to the order. By using the ZIP code report, we can see where patrons are coming from. Currently, in the window that pops up to enter in the ZIP code, we cannot enter in any letters, punctuation, etc. We would like this changed so that we can enter in Non-US postal codes (ex. RG4 is a postal code from the UK). We are able to enter in lettered postal codes in constituent profiles, but if a patron does an anonymous order, we cannot put it into the survey field.
