What is the recommended way of creating an email newsletter sign-up form in Altru, to allow someone to enter their email address and be subscribed to our general interest mailing list? The only data we collect is the email address. We'd need some way to add a constituency code as well, or some other way of identifying these addresses when we go to send out an appeal mailing.


Ideally, this would be a webform where we can just POST data to, as we have a signup form on every page of our website.
