Record one-off emails in documentation for constituents
In RE we had the ability to click on the member's email in their record, it would open in Outlook and I could send an email to a member while it automatically attached the email to the member record.
I have not found a way to do this in Altru. Am I missing something? I have a welcome letter and a thank you letter I like to send to groups of members each week who join or renew. Is this possible? Right now I have manually copy and paste text into individual emails.
Can someone let me know the email capabilities in Altru? What I want to do has nothing to do with the SPAM laws.
