Welcoming and cultivating new members is key to the success of arts and cultural organizations that use Altru. BB offers an excellent course on designing a Member Welcome Series, but Altru users cannot implement such a program. We need a way to automatically schedule a multi-email series for new members that is triggered at the time of purchase.
Having an automated process for a new member series in Altru would be SO amazing and helpful to retain and engage with new members. I understand that Blackbaud knows the importance of this and would truly appreciate having this set up in Altru as an option to our organization.
Would love a way to automate this! There is a workaround using an appeal email, but I still have to hit the "run" button every day. Weekend purchases and purchases when I'm out of the office don't get their Welcome email until I am able to hit "Run"
