Gift Membership Renewals Process Should Include Letters to Both Primary Member and Giver

When processing gift membership renewals it is tedious to manage the renewals that require letters to both the primary member and the giver. I had to tease them out manually in the excel sheet, then create a separate excel sheet and letter for each. Obviously the letter to the giver has to identify who the membership is for. Is there a way to automate this time consuming process in Altru? Thank you!

    This just came to my attention when a high level donor emailed me with much concern of why she was sent a renewal email saying her membership was due, thanking her for her fist year of membership last year (member since date was included). 

    After some investigation, i realized that the Renewal email was sent because she had "send to giver" selected when she purchased a gift membership last year. 

    There should definitely be a different renewal email for gift memberships.
