Relate emails sent from external system to a constituent record through a BCC'd Altru email address

Let's say you're emailing a prospect from your office Outlook account. And let's say this prospect has a record in Altru, with an email address. Instead of manually logging the interaction into Altru, what if you could blind copy Altru and it would link the interaction with the constituent record automatically? This is a feature offered by other CRM systems and would be VERY helpful from a cultivation/stewardship standpoint.
