Capture Email Address in Survey Question
Since e-mail marketing is getting to be the way to connect with our Patrons, it would be nice to be able to capture their email address at the end of a sale.
I see that Altru has user-defined survey questions but it does not allow us to manually enter an answer. I think a lot of people could benefit from this feature!

I would like to see the ability to collect varied data that can be input manually, like a location where the customer lives (in California we can't collect zip codes when connected to a transaction)
