Ability for Group Sales to pay online with a link or e-invoice

I have a lot of rental clients who want to pay by credit card. In order to do so, I must talk to them on the phone, write down the information, input it into Altru, then destroy the written information. I would like to send a link or e-invoice so they can pay the bill themselves online at their convenience.

    This would be the single most useful thing that could happen to improve the reservations workflow! It would cut down the time it takes to get payments by a huge amount. Please make this possible!

    PLEASE! It is 2022, we are needing a secure way to process credit cards for groups that does not require them to call. We process a ton of groups and it would be wonderful to let them pay online at their leisure.

    We are trying to eliminate handling of credit card numbers as much as possible, and the ability for guests to key in their own cc #s securely would eliminate a great deal of risk.

    Kind of like a pre-set cart or managed cart. The Altru user could set up an order, and save it un-processed. The order's details (date, time, participants, etc) would all show up in the proper lists with an asterisk or something as a reserved but unprocessed group. And we get a public webform-based link to process that specific order. When it's processed, the altru user who set up the pending order gets an email notification that it's been processed with a link to view the altru record for any further editing they may need to do.
