It would greatly, greatly decrease staff time spent booking group tours. Staff spends so much time entering payments for group tours. We would be able to accept more tours if the payments could be made online. Most of our group tours are for school groups, and teachers are the ones booking the tours. The hours they can devote to dealing with payment are limited, and we have received several complaints that we don't offer an online option for this. Taking credit card numbers over the phone is so time-consuming, and teachers are understandably hesitant to send their cc information in an email due to security concerns. It is high time that Altru allow group tours to be paid online.
