Copy existing address to a spouse

It would nice if we had the ability to copy an address that is already present on a constituent's record to their spouse or other related constituents

    I think it's obnoxious having to remove household members and re-add them.

    Yep, you can do that with the household function. If they are already in the household without the address copied, you can remove them and then immediately re-add them, making sure to check the "Copy household's primary contact information" box before saving.
