Copy to Spouse Option for Documentation, Interactions, Constituencies

Please consider adding a "copy to spouse" or copy to household members" option for all types of interactions, documentation and constituencies. I nearly always want to see the document or note added to everyone in the household and it would be a huge time-saver if we had a copy option. Thank you!
