Include constituent name suffix on household screen

Currently, the constituent suffix drops from their name in the household screen. This is problematic in situations where there are multigenerational constituent families (Sr., Jr., III, IV, etc.) We have many of these people in our Altru database and including suffixes would allow us to more easily work with the records and ensure greater accuracy. 

In some cases the household name "banner" also does not include the suffix, but at least that can be customized to read correctly. There does not seem to be a pattern that I have been able to determine for Altru's dropping the suffix from the "banner". 

Titles also are not included on this screen above and beyond the "banner", but this is less of a problem for us.

Thanks for your attention to this issue, I know other people must be having it as well!

    Or on any screen. It should always be with the name.
