We use the Scheduled Event Ticket Detail report to check in visitors who've purchased online in advance however, since there is no Discount Code column, our staff does not always ask for coupons or ID verification when they should because they don't know. This has become an issue with our reciprocal benefits because I issue the tickets but then I have to add notes to Group Sales or email certain staff so they know to ask for membership cards.
