Have company/job title fields prepopulated on the registration forms

Every time I create a form, I need to manually enter the company/job title and make them a required field on the registration information tab. This isolates the fields with ones that are already implemented. Unlike the name, phone, email and address which is already hard coded within the registration form, I would like for there to be a way where the company/job title is also within the same required fields.
