The receipt grid generates an order number that ties to the registrants record, however the customer would not be able to tell just by looking at the order number who this receipt belongs to. If we can add the name of the registrant/patron next to the order number, this can easily help identify who the receipts belong to.

It would also be better if receipts showed the location of the event in addition to the time and date.

A receipt should reflect only what was purchased in the transaction. Currently, if a customer places more than one order for a registration event, the subsequent order receipt show the total purchased rather than what was purchased in that order. You can see in the attached screen shot that a customer purchased one registration yet the receipt shows 3. (She previously purchased 2 registrations on a different order and then came back to purchase one additional registration.)

Does this mean that the receipt grid is going to be customizable for more than the scope of this idea? E.g. can we add logos, disclaimers, messages at the header and footer?
