To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
As an IT director, I find it challenging to keep track of all the bugs/known issues with Altru. Every release means having to dig through release notes, update internal documentation, and post bulletins to staff. If we had a bug tracker then we could be notified when a particular issue is resolved and even vote on issues. This should be independent from the Altru Ideas site, or the they could be merged into a single feature request/issue tracker ala Jira.
This is still an issue, wherein you one document that shows features and a separate for fixed bugs.
