We have a single program that has multiple time slots throughout the day. Members can reserve this at no charge (it is discounted 100% when a membership is present on the record). However, we have members who go in and reserve multiple time slots because they aren't sure when they can come, so the pick several "just in case" because they are free. This reduces the availability for others who may wish to attend at that same time, and we have a number of no-shows.
It would be nice if, in addition to the ability to restrict the number of tickets that can be sold to a program per transaction, we could also restrict the number of sessions that can be reserved for the same program. This has become much more of an issue in 2020 with everything moving online.
